Kakolem Beach, Goa Overview
Kakolam is among the most beautiful and secluded Goan beaches. The vegetation is rich and the cliffs are majestic. Thus, it is a highly delightful experience for the nature lovers to visit Kakolem Beach. The beach is well placed in between the high cliffs and tall coconut trees. It lies at a distance of approximately 7 km from the famous Cabo De Rama beach, down the south.
As the beach is hidden from the public eye, it is somewhat tricky to reach it. Reach the Vagon bus stop while you move towards Betul Beach from Canacona. Now, you would be required to go downwards a small cliff.
But, once you reach the beach, you will find the wilderness unruly and the surroundings quite mystical. Besides being highly serene, the beach is unique in a number of ways. And that is what keeps the tourists enjoy their stay at the quiet, calm, tranquil beach.
However, as it is difficult to reach the beach, it is usually deserted except for a resort at the top of a cliff. Thus, it is more than obvious that swimming is definitely not safe chiefly because of the lack of the rescue services including any kind of supervision as well.

Also, you are not going to find any shacks or restaurants at the Beach. Palm Discoveries, is the one and only resort that offers the accommodation and dining options to the visitors.
